ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Fast Eye Marketing is committed to responsible, permission-based email marketing and does not support the sending of unsolicited commercial email commonly known as “spam.”

This Anti-Spam Policy applies to commercial and promotional email sent by Edgar Irizarry, doing business as Fast Eye Marketing (“Fast Eye Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including communications associated with FastEyeMarketing.com, our digital products, newsletters, training, bonus programs, affiliate promotions, and related services.

1. Permission-Based Email

Fast Eye Marketing sends marketing email only when there is a reasonable basis for contacting the recipient.

You may receive email from us if you:

• Subscribed through one of our opt-in forms.
• Requested a report, guide, course, bonus, or other resource.
• Purchased or registered for one of our products or services.
• Joined a buyer, customer, or training list.
• Requested information or contacted us directly.
• Gave Fast Eye Marketing permission to send you relevant communications.
• Have another lawful business relationship with us that permits the communication.

Where we use a confirmation process, you may be asked to verify your email address before receiving the requested content or ongoing messages.

2. Information Provided During Subscription

When subscribing, you agree to provide an email address that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use.

You must not subscribe another person without their knowledge or authorization. Automated subscriptions, fraudulent registrations, and the unauthorized addition of third parties to our mailing lists are prohibited.

3. Commercial Email Standards

Fast Eye Marketing makes reasonable efforts to ensure that its commercial email:

• Uses accurate sender and routing information.
• Does not intentionally use deceptive subject lines.
• Identifies the individual or business responsible for the message.
• Includes a valid physical mailing address where required.
• Provides a clear method for opting out of future promotional email.
• Accurately represents the primary subject or purpose of the message.
• Complies with applicable email-marketing requirements.

Promotional messages may contain advertisements, product recommendations, affiliate links, special offers, or invitations to purchase or join a program.

4. Unsubscribe Requests

Every recurring promotional email sent by Fast Eye Marketing will include an unsubscribe link or another clear method for requesting removal from the applicable mailing list.

You may unsubscribe at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link provided in the email.
• Following the opt-out instructions contained in the message.
• Contacting support@fasteyemarketing.com and requesting removal.

We will process valid opt-out requests promptly and within the period required by applicable law.

We will not charge a fee, require you to provide information beyond what is reasonably necessary, or require you to make a purchase to unsubscribe.

5. Multiple Email Lists

Fast Eye Marketing may operate separate email lists for different products, training programs, buyer groups, reports, brands, or areas of interest.

Unsubscribing from one list may not automatically remove you from every separate list to which you previously subscribed. You may use the unsubscribe option contained in each list’s messages or contact us and request removal from all Fast Eye Marketing promotional lists.

When contacting us, please identify the email address you want removed.

6. Transactional and Service Messages

After unsubscribing from promotional email, you may still receive non-promotional messages that are reasonably necessary to:

• Deliver a product or requested resource.
• Provide purchase receipts or account information.
• Respond to a support request.
• Communicate important service, security, or legal notices.
• Complete a transaction you initiated.
• Provide information relating to an existing customer relationship.

Transactional and service-related messages are separate from general marketing communications.

7. Purchased, Rented and Harvested Lists

Fast Eye Marketing does not knowingly use email addresses obtained through unlawful harvesting or other prohibited collection methods.

We do not authorize anyone to collect email addresses from our website for unsolicited marketing.

When using a third-party advertising, lead-generation, or email service, we expect the provider to follow applicable laws and maintain an appropriate basis for contacting recipients.

8. Third-Party Email Providers

Fast Eye Marketing may use third-party autoresponders, email service providers, ecommerce systems, affiliate platforms, customer-management tools, or delivery services to send and manage communications.

These providers may process subscriber information and track activity such as email delivery, opens, clicks, subscriptions, and unsubscribe requests. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Fast Eye Marketing remains responsible for honoring unsubscribe requests relating to promotional email sent on its behalf.

9. Affiliate and Promotional Partners

Fast Eye Marketing may promote third-party products and services as an affiliate. However, purchasing through an affiliate link does not automatically authorize the third-party vendor to add you to a Fast Eye Marketing email list unless you separately provide your information or consent.

Likewise, subscribing to a Fast Eye Marketing list does not automatically authorize unrelated third parties to send you marketing email.

10. Prohibited Use of Our Services or Content

You may not use Fast Eye Marketing’s website, products, resources, contact information, or licensed materials to:

• Send unlawful unsolicited commercial email.
• Harvest or compile email addresses without authorization.
• Use false or misleading sender information.
• Use deceptive subject lines or representations.
• Conceal the identity of the message sender.
• Continue sending promotional email after a valid opt-out request.
• Promote unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading offers.
• Violate the rules of an email provider, affiliate platform, or applicable law.

Purchasing a product with PLR, White Label Rights, or another commercial license does not authorize the purchaser to use Fast Eye Marketing’s name, servers, email lists, contact information, or reputation when sending promotional messages.

License holders are independently responsible for their own email-marketing practices and legal compliance.

11. Reporting Unwanted Email

If you receive an email that appears to have been sent by Fast Eye Marketing without permission, please contact us at support@fasteyemarketing.com.

Please include:

• The email address that received the message.
• The date of the message.
• The subject line.
• A copy or screenshot of the message, if available.

This information will help us investigate the communication and take appropriate action.

12. False or Unauthorized Messages

The unauthorized use of the Fast Eye Marketing name, domain, branding, or sender identity is prohibited.

We are not responsible for messages sent by individuals or organizations that falsely claim to represent Fast Eye Marketing. If you suspect that a message is fraudulent, misleading, or an impersonation attempt, please forward the available information to support@fasteyemarketing.com.

13. Changes to This Policy

Fast Eye Marketing may update this Anti-Spam Policy to reflect changes in our email practices, services, technology, or legal obligations.

The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
